Objectives
The “Politique québécoise de gestion des matières résiduelles 1998-2008” aims to divert waste from ladfills by recycling and composting up to 60% of residual waste produced by Quebec municipalities.
Results
In 2009, Chertsey has diverted 43,63% of its residual waste from landfills.
